- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★When our business was first approached by US Card Services I had no idea who they were or what they did. When I was told that they would review our credit card processing statements and see if they could negotiate better rates for us, I was skeptical to say the least. I sent them our statement and Eric went to work right away and told us how much we could be saving. It was a lot of money, so we decided OK let’s give this a try. We saved a lot of money in the beginning as well as ever since. If I ever have a question about our charges or if something changes that I don’t understand I just sent it to Eric and he explains it. If something changes and it effects our rates or fees, I don’t have to do anything Eric will contact the Merchant Card Service and find out why it went up and whether or not it should have. It is the best to have an expert in the field as close as an email or a call away. We also get approached multiple times a week regarding switching our Merchant Card Services. I hate these calls because they always say they can save us money, and I never know if they are telling the truth or not, but that is where Eric and US Card Services comes in again. I can get the information from that company about their rates and services and sent it to Eric. He will review the info and explain to me if it is a good deal or not. If it is not and we are still having problems getting a company to back off Eric will even talk to the other company for you.
