  I lived at one of HRAs apartments at first it was great but as time went on my family got harassed very frequently and the main office failed many times to do anything but whenever they had an issue with us we were expected to comply but when we needed anything they would tell us what do you want us to do about it as well as because our emergency order was just a little too late we were held responsible for damages as well as in their handbook they wrote and have readily available state that a generally messy apartment is not an issue except when it causes health hazards fire hazards or attracts insects which mine only had a few toys from our son and clothes scattered about and nowhere does it state we were not allowed to have things going under doors like cords as well as none of the doors have locks except the door to enter the apartment you live in I have on recording someone using their access key to my apartment and walking out with one of my expensive electronics and nothing was ever done about it when I had shown police and the main office this evidence I had since quit my job to stay at home while my fiance worked to keep an eye on our things there needs to be more options for government operated housing options like HRA but better ran
